BEFORE YOU BEGIN
This page begins where our book, The Biblical USA View™ – For a Time Such as This (Esther 4:14), leaves off. We wrote a book for a reason. We wanted you to be able to sit in your favorite easy chair with your favorite beverage—or read it anywhere you choose—and take the time to discover the Governing Principles that can change our world. This booklet assumes you have read that foundation; now we do the work.
The Biblical Worldview is not enough because it ends with Scripture; today’s complex governments need more to rein them in. Godly Civics™ brings us through The Biblical Government View™ and then through The Biblical USA View™.
We did not want this important foundation reduced to scrolling through website pages. A website is excellent for resources, updates, tools, and action. But understanding something this important deserves uninterrupted time to read, think, question, and discover.
The Biblical USA View™ makes the case for all pulpit leaders to engage in civics. It explores the Laws of Nature, our Founding, Liberty, political factions, the Governing Principles, and ‘we the people’s’ (WTP) responsibility for the government we choose. We use WTP for “we the people’ in the rest of the book to stimulate thinking. Read it as the three words so the verbs fit.
The Pastor Portal equips pulpit leaders to open their doors. The Pride of America gives the Body of Christ a unifying identity. Godly CivicsTM provides the Christian implementation.

PART I — PASTOR PORTAL
Equip the pulpit. Release the Body.
The book, The Biblical USA ViewTM, is the bedrock of our mission.
Godly Civics™ is a mission exercise, not a pulpit exercise.
For generations, America has fought inside the Red-versus-Blue political theatre while many pulpit leaders have wisely refused to bring that division into their worship centers. Godly CivicsTM offers another way: leave political-faction warfare behind and teach Principle-centered Civics in glory to our Abba Father.
The question is not which political party Christians should trust. The question is more fundamental: What Governing Principles protect Life, Family, Liberty, Truth, Religious Liberty, and accountable government — and does a candidate actually agree with them?
Why Pulpit Leaders Matter
Religious Liberty cannot survive by itself. It exists inside Social Liberty. If Social Liberty is lost, the freedom to preach, worship, disciple, evangelize, and organize can eventually be lost with it. That gives pulpit leaders a civic responsibility without requiring them to become political operatives.
Godly Civics™ does not ask pastors to endorse parties or candidates from the pulpit. It asks pulpit leaders to equip believers to carry their own civic duty into the public square — informed by Scripture, the Laws of Nature, our Founding Principles, and measurable outcomes.
Isaiah 9:6-7 gives this portal its governing Scripture: “For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given… And the government will be upon His shoulder… to order it and establish it with judgment and justice… forever.”
From Faith to a Citizen’s Measure
Our Founders placed the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God” at the foundation of the Declaration of Independence. They had governing Principles, but they did not have nearly 250 years of American experience with Liberty, economics, social outcomes, government programs, and political factions.
Today, those outcomes can be studied. Godly Civics™ treats the Laws of Nature as discoverable through Scripture, reason, research, and experience. Science does not replace our Abba Father; it helps us discover the order He built into creation. Physical laws cannot be disobeyed. Human beings can disobey moral, economic, and social laws — and then live with the consequences.
That leads directly to WePEG1787TM — We the People’s Principles of Effective Governing. Candidates score the Governing Principles from 0 to 10 on agreement, so voters can compare candidates based on how they say they will govern rather than on party label, personality, or campaign advertising.
The Pulpit Leader’s Action
The pulpit leader’s action is not to become the congregation’s political expert. It is to open the door for godly citizenship. Teach that glorifying our Abba Father includes how believers live as citizens. Teach the connection between Social Liberty and Religious Liberty.
Keep political-faction warfare out of the worship center while allowing Principle-centered Civics in. Identify or encourage trusted believers who can lead the civic implementation. Equip the Body of Christ to learn the Citizen’s Measure, ask candidates to score it, vote, and measure representatives afterward.
Our Call to Arms
OUR VISION: Our USA as a nation of Liberty under the Laws of Nature — no king, no political-faction ruler, and no government by human whim.
OUR MISSION: Preserve Social Liberty and Religious Liberty for posterity, so the Gospel remains free to reach as many souls as possible.
OUR EXECUTION: Equip the Body of Christ through GodlyCivics.com, take the public-square case through LibertyCivics.com, and give WTP the Citizen’s Measure at WePEG1787.com.
Before moving into today’s Godly CivicsTM mission, consider the pulpit leaders who helped prepare America for 1776.
The Black Robe Regiment — not as a costume to imitate, but as a reminder that pulpit leadership and civic courage have stood together before.
